How to Play Roulette

The Layout

There is a min and max bet on every roulette table. A player cannot combine the outside and inside stakes to meet the minimum of the table. If the min stake is 5$ you should bet five dollars on both the inside and outside. You cannot stake two dollars outside and three dollars inside.
